Q: What is the policy regarding school visitations?
A: All visitors must check in at the office and obtain a yellow visitor's badge.  Please make sure you have made arrangements ahead of time with your child's teacher. 

Q: Where do I park when I visit Catskill Elementary?
A: Parking is available in the adjacent Scott Park parking lots.  There is also plenty of street parking on Ravenna, Catskill Avenue, and 236th.  Please be aware that there is street sweeping every TUESDAY and THURSDAY.

Q: What should I do if my child forgets their lunch?
A:  All students receive a school lunch from the cafeteria. 

Q:  What is the policy on bringing treats for my child's birthday?
A:  Due to health concerns such as allergic reactions to certain foods, we do not allow birthday treats.  

Q:  What needs to be done should we move or change our phone number during the school year?
A: For student safety all emergency information should be kept up to date. This includes parents/caregivers phone numbers and address; please be sure to update your student's information in the main office as soon as possible.
